This alpaca wool knitting kit uses alpaca yarn from British and Irish farms. You can knit it in the round on circular needles or as a flat panel with single pointed needles. It's worked in a simple 1x1 rib, Available as a set with the matching scarf.

100g (225m) Gorgeous DK yarn made from 75% alpaca/25% sheep's wool
Optional 4.5mm needles (circular or single pointed) and a tapestry needle
Pattern for all sizes and a matching hat
As with all Gorgeous alpaca DK kits, it's warm and cosy, but lightweight and breathes well. The alpaca yarn has a small amount of 100% natural sheep's wool blended in, which makes it easy to knit with, and still retains that wonderful alpaca softness. This hat can be washed by hand or in a machine on a wool wash at 20 degrees.
So I received my delivery promptly as to my standards . It was perfectly wrapped to a standard that was exciting for me to open . The wool is so beautifully soft ( I have not knitted with Alpaca before ) , also a very clear knitting pattern for a ribbed hat with bobble !! which was all contained in a bag that will hold my wool while I knit . I have an item to complete first so hope to get this started in a couple of weeks . I have no doubt that I will be a returning customer & will gladly recommend .
