Knit Kit - Ribbed Headband

This alpaca wool knit kit uses alpaca yarn from British and Irish farms. We love this headband, partly because it looks so great, and also because it knits up so qiuckly..This headband is from our Restful range, which is intended for stress-free easy knitting that means you can focus on the conversation, the movie or just whatever you need to be thinking about. Each pattern is simple to work with, and has been tested on beginners, rusty knitters, and the very accomplished. Everyone reports that the yarn is fabulous soft and lovely to work with and all the feedback is that the styles are very restful to knit, and lovely to wear!

Size: 38 cm x 8.5 cm (adjust to fit head)

Kit includes:

• Standard 50g (112m) of Gorgeous DK yarn made from 75% alpaca/25% sheep
• Cotton alpaca project bag
• Optional - 4.5mm needles and a tapestry needle to sew in the ends
• Pattern

As with all Gorgeous alpaca DK kits, it's warm and cosy, but lightweight and breathes well. The alpaca yarn has a small amount of 100% natural sheep's wool blended in, which makes it easy to knit with, and still retains that wonderful alpaca softness. The headband can be washed by hand or in a machine on a wool wash at 20 degrees.
