The pattern is knitted flat. You can make it is a scarf of cozy cowl. We recommend matching this with our DK lightweight yarn, for which the tension 21 stitches and 2 rows over a 10cm square knitted in stocking stitch. When knitted in the Fair Isle pattern, the tension is 22 stitches x 26 rows.
